Managing The Unmanageables-How To Deal

life throws itself on you many times and catch you unaware of whats happening around you. you may find it impossible to deal with people and situation. Human behaviour is difficult to understand in many ways, had it been easier to get hold off we might have had no need of so many HR personnel. To avoid conflicts at your workplace and even in your family,you can follow a few practices.like-
1.) Avoid making perceptions about anybody very soon,
2.) Never get judgemental about anyone in a gew meetings,
3.) Look for the positives of the other persons personality,
4.) Watching out for posiives will make it easier for u to accept that person,
5.) Try to find whether their is any valid reason behind his/her such behaviour,
6.) Try to analyse whether your methodology was right or fault is from your side.
No one is perfect. But best we can do is to work continuously to improve our personalities.
Everyone is unique in himself. Accept the need of individuality of others too
